Wirely is built to be private. Your card data lives on your device. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics, and no third-party data sharing. The only time data leaves your device is when you enable the optional Online QR / Apple Wallet feature — and then only the fields you chose to share.
Data stored on your device
Everything you enter in Wirely (name, contact details, photos, logos, card styles) is stored locally on your iPhone. We have no access to it.
Optional: Online QR & Apple Wallet
If you switch on Online QR, the app uploads the card variant you configured — only the fields you enabled for sharing — to our server (card.falkcloud.com, hosted on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany / eu-central-1). This is required so that:
- your QR code can point to a short link that serves your always-current contact card (vCard), and
- an Apple Wallet pass can be generated for your card.
Each card is addressable only via an unguessable random ID and protected by a private write token stored on your device. Anyone you show your QR code to can retrieve the card it points to — that is its purpose. We do not use this data for anything else, and we do not share it with third parties.
Switching Online QR off stops the sharing; you can also request deletion of your uploaded card at any time (see contact below).
What we do not do
- No advertising, no tracking, no analytics or profiling
- No sale or sharing of data with third parties
- No accounts, no passwords, no login
Your rights (GDPR)
If you use the online feature, you may request access to or deletion of your uploaded card data at any time. Since cards are stored under a random ID, please include your card link or ID in the request.

Die Kurzfassung
Wirely ist auf Privatsphäre ausgelegt. Deine Kartendaten bleiben auf deinem Gerät. Es gibt keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Analyse und keine Datenweitergabe an Dritte. Daten verlassen dein Gerät nur, wenn du die optionale Online-QR-/Apple-Wallet-Funktion aktivierst — und auch dann nur die Felder, die du zum Teilen ausgewählt hast.
Daten auf deinem Gerät
Alles, was du in Wirely eingibst (Name, Kontaktdaten, Fotos, Logos, Kartenstile), wird lokal auf deinem iPhone gespeichert. Wir haben darauf keinen Zugriff.
Optional: Online-QR & Apple Wallet
Aktivierst du Online-QR, lädt die App die konfigurierte Kartenvariante — nur die zum Teilen freigegebenen Felder — auf unseren Server (card.falkcloud.com, gehostet bei Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, eu-central-1). Das ist nötig, damit:
- dein QR-Code auf einen Kurzlink zeigen kann, der deine stets aktuelle Kontaktkarte (vCard) ausliefert, und
- eine Apple-Wallet-Karte für deine Visitenkarte erzeugt werden kann.
Jede Karte ist nur über eine nicht erratbare Zufalls-ID erreichbar und durch einen privaten Schreib-Token auf deinem Gerät geschützt. Wer deinen QR-Code sieht, kann die verlinkte Karte abrufen — genau dafür ist sie da. Wir nutzen diese Daten für nichts anderes und geben sie nicht an Dritte weiter.
Schaltest du Online-QR aus, endet das Teilen; die Löschung deiner hochgeladenen Karte kannst du jederzeit anfordern (Kontakt unten).
Was wir nicht tun
- Keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Analyse, kein Profiling
- Kein Verkauf, keine Weitergabe von Daten an Dritte
- Keine Konten, keine Passwörter, kein Login
Deine Rechte (DSGVO)
Nutzt du die Online-Funktion, kannst du jederzeit Auskunft über deine hochgeladenen Kartendaten oder deren Löschung verlangen. Da Karten unter einer Zufalls-ID gespeichert sind, gib bitte deinen Kartenlink oder deine ID an.
